Similarly, Women Empowerment is an approach to correct the gender discrimination in social, political and economic areas. The Women Empowerment in the agriculture sector refers to empowering women to learn the skills of agriculture and become a professional eventually apply the learned skill to improve their social and economic status in the society.

The Women Empowerment strategy of Himalayan Alpine Herbal and Agriculture Farm is an ethical approach to empower women in the social and economic sector making them independent to handle legal, social, political and gender inequalities. In most developing nations like Nepal, women are biased from the society and from the sectors of education and economy. The strategy of Himalayan Alpine Herbal and Agriculture Farm Women Empowerment program allocates the social, educational and economic responsibilities to women similar to Men enabling them to perform all those activities that have been assigned to male. This strategy will make the woman able to gain knowledge and experience in the sector of education, economy, and politics enabling them to bear the social responsibility.

The advantages of Women Empowerment in the agriculture sector are giving an opportunity to an important gender that holds a large population in the society to bear the social responsibility. Most women in the society depend on the casual work for income if they are involved in agriculture then they will be able to give hand in their husband and family member’s agriculture works or start her own farming business. The major training of Women Empowerment in the agriculture sector is making decisions on agriculture production and empowering them utilization of productive resources like land, livestock, residual income, wages, leadership, social responsibility e.t.c. The Women Empowerment is considered as successful advancement and women are empowered when women are independent over four or five major sectors mentioned above.
